The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 4 to 6 business days after order processing. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Order tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our website's tracking page or through the carrier's website.
Lost or damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. If your package is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Due to agricultural regulations, some states may restrict the shipment of live plants. If your state has restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund.
Delays & Issues:
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or agricultural inspections. If your tree arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Change of address:
If you entered it by mistake or if you want to change the delivery address, in this case, you have 12 hours. In this case, you must contact us as soon as possible.
